Refund policy

Overview

All products sold by thedawn are produced on a print-on-demand basis. Each item is manufactured specifically for an order once it is placed.

This Refund Policy is designed to respect the nature of print-on-demand production while complying with applicable consumer protection laws.


1. Print-on-Demand Products

Our products are not personalized or customized by the customer. However, because items are produced individually per order, returns are handled according to the conditions outlined below.


2. Right of Withdrawal — European Union & United Kingdom

If you are located in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us within the 14-day period by contacting:

Returned items must be sent back in their original condition.

Refund Processing (EU & UK)

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • We may withhold the refund until the returned goods are received or until you provide proof of return, whichever occurs first.
  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof of return.

3. United States & Other Regions

For customers located outside the EU and UK, returns are accepted only in cases of defective or damaged products, as outlined below.

This reflects differences in consumer protection laws across regions.


4. Defective or Damaged Products (All Regions)

If you receive an item that is defective or has a manufacturing error, you are entitled to a replacement or a refund, at no additional cost.

To report a defective item:

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery
  • Provide clear photographic evidence of the defect
  • If multiple items are affected, photos or video of all affected items are required

In confirmed cases of defects or damage:

  • Return shipping costs will be covered by us
  • A replacement or refund will be issued

5. Incorrect Shipping Information

If you notice an error in the shipping details provided with your order, please contact us immediately at contact@thedawn.net.

We cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered production or has been dispatched.


6. Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
