Production Time

All orders are subject to a production time of 2 to 5 business days.
This period allows us to prepare each item with care and ensure quality before shipment.

Production time is separate from shipping time.


Shipping Destinations & Timelines

We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, and the European Union.

Shipping times vary depending on the destination and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times, including production, are displayed on the product page and during checkout.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors such as order volume, destination, carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method.

Prices displayed on the Site include applicable taxes, but do not include shipping costs unless explicitly stated.

For voluntary returns (as outlined in our Refund Policy), customers are responsible for return shipping costs.


Customs, Taxes & Duties

Applicable taxes are included in the prices displayed on the Site where required by law.

For the destinations we currently ship to, we cover applicable customs duties. Customers should not be charged additional customs or import fees upon delivery.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping and tracking information, where available.


Returns, Damages & Defects

We take pride in the quality of our products.

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us promptly. We will cover return shipping costs and provide a replacement at no additional charge.
  • For returns of non-defective items, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Delays & Liability

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, shipping delays may occasionally occur, particularly during international transit or periods of high demand.

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, delivery timelines are outside of our direct control. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery of the order to the carrier, as outlined in our Terms of Service.
